See information below for our 2024 event!

The Rotary Club of Jacksonville-Oceanside, will present the fourth annual

“Bikes & Brews” event to showcase our public art and our local and national
artists , along with outstanding local micro-breweries and beer purveyors in the
Beaches community.  And this is a "friendraiser" not a fundraiser, so you get alot
of fun, for very little funds.

The event will be a leisurely 3.6 mile ride so it's perfect for every level of rider.  We
anticipate that it will take 30 minutes or less of bicycle time.   But the fun doesn't
stop there.  After the ride, join us for an unforgettable after party with local pizza,
wings and salad!

This year, registration will start at 12:30pm at Engine 15 with a start time of 1pm.
Stops will include the Beaches Museum, Green Room, and more.

FAQ's

So, do I have to ride a bike?

No, but I mean, it’s in the name and you won’t have to look for a parking spot!

C’mon, just do it, it’ll be fun! Please cross at intersections and obey traffic laws!

I’m super out of shape, can I still participate?

You can go as slow or fast as you want and you’ll have lots of stops in between

and you can take as long as you like, just make it to the after party!

Where do we start?

Registration starts at 12:30pm at Engine 15 with a 1pm start time.

Is this a family-friendly event?

Every location allows children at the times that we’ll be there. So, if you think your

toddler will bring a little something special to the party, bring ‘em on!

How much beer are we talking about?

There are 5 beer stops and you’ll usually get one 5 oz. pour at each.

You can buy more if you’d like but don’t forget to stay on course and definitely

don’t forget to tip your bartenders!

What happens if it rains?

Well, it’ll probably be nice and refreshing on a hot day! This event will be rain or

shine BUT if there are thunderstorms in the area, the event committee will either

postpone or shorten the event and will communicate to attendees via email and

the Facebook Event.

Can I rent a bike?

Anyone who needs a bike can rent one through Beach Life Rentals

What should I know that I forgot to ask?

Good question, we have no idea. We look forward to learning right along with you!

Please be patient with us and enjoy this FUN event for a great cause—the City of
